Indeed no longer allows you to add cover letter and upload files to apps?

Quick question. I've been using indeed for years and it used to give you a text box in which you could write a brief cover letter. It also allowed you to upload your cover letter as a file, and you could upload other docs, which I used to upload certifications and writing samples. Now I'm applying to jobs a few months later and those options are gone? I just applied to six in a row that didn't offer any of that, just skipped straight through the app process, asked me the app questions, etc, but no place to write a cover letter or upload files besides a resume. Several of these listings specifically required uploaded content and cover letters but indeed never gave me a place to do so.

Is this some kind of bug or did they change their system? What's going on here?
