Apple is my favourite because it is a delicious and nutritious fruit. It comes in different sizes, varieties and colours. The red and yellow apple is the most popular type. My favourite one is the green apple because it is tangy and flavourful. One of the characteristic features of apples is that they are one of the most abundant fruit trees in the cold climate; hence, they are available throughout the year. Apples are highly nutritious and contain different types of vitamins and minerals. They are rich in Vitamin C and Iron, which makes them an immunity-boosting fruit. Besides eating them raw, apples can be used to make milkshakes, puddings, pies, and cakes. This fruit will always be my favourite because it is the best!

Mango is my favourite fruit. It is sweet and sometimes tangy but always delicious. This fruit is only available during the summer months, which makes it even better because of its scarcity. While mangoes are sweet to taste, they are rich in Vitamins A, C, and D. Mango is the national fruit of our country and is also called the King of fruits.

Hundreds of mango varieties are in the market, and one season is not enough to taste them all! They have subtle differences in flavour and texture, but mangoes are my favourite. I love mangoes because they always make my day. I look forward eagerly to every summer just for the mangoes!

Essay On My Favourite Fruit In 100 Words

Strawberries are also popular among children because of their flavour. Here is a short my favourite fruit essay in English:

The strawberry is my favourite fruit and also my favourite flavour. Strawberries are tiny, reddish fruits that are highly flavourful and juicy. Strawberries soften and sweeten as they ripen. They are often grown during summers worldwide but are also available yearly because of their popularity. Strawberries are often used for garnishing cakes and desserts. I love eating strawberries whole, and my breakfast is never complete without this fruit!

A long essay on this topic can delve into the fruit’s nutritional value and the child’s thoughts about it. Here’s how you can write an essay on the subject for Class 3:

Oranges are my favourite because of their sweet citrus taste. They are available from the end of the monsoon to late spring every year.    Oranges are green in colour before they become ripe. As their colour changes, they become sweeter and lose much of their strong citrus flavour. It is possible to find more than 600 varieties of oranges worldwide. The Nagpur orange is the most famous.

The region grows the country’s best oranges. I always eat one for breakfast and two more during the day during the orange season. I also like to drink fresh orange juice after a long day of playing outside.    Drinking orange juice is refreshing, and it instantly energises me. Oranges are packed with Vitamin C, which makes them the perfect immunity-boosting fruit for me.

I always ask for oranges when I come down with a cold since the vitamin C in them helps to fight the infection. After the end of every orange season, I wait eagerly for the next season to taste these tangy fruits again!

Strawberries are versatile. They can be eaten fresh, used in recipes, or processed into jams and jellies.

Strawberries are not just tasty but also healthy. They add color and flavor to our meals.

250 Words Essay on Strawberry

Strawberries, the heart-shaped, fragrantly sweet fruits, have earned their place as a staple in culinary delights and health regimens worldwide. Their vibrant color, unique texture, and distinct flavor make them a favorite among many.

Botanical Perspective

Strawberries belong to the Rosaceae family, with the Fragaria genus. Interestingly, they are not true berries from a botanical viewpoint. The red part we consume is known as a ‘receptacle,’ while the actual fruits are the tiny seeds on the surface.

Nutritional Profile

Strawberries are nutritional powerhouses. They are rich in vitamins C and K, providing a substantial amount of daily intake. They also contain essential minerals such as manganese and folate. The high fiber and fructose content contribute to their sweet taste, while keeping the calorie count low.

Health Benefits

The health benefits of strawberries are manifold. Their antioxidants and polyphenols can help fight oxidative stress, reducing the risk of chronic diseases. Furthermore, the high fiber content aids in digestion, while the potassium content can help regulate blood pressure.

Culinary Uses

The versatility of strawberries in the culinary world is remarkable. From salads, smoothies, and desserts to jams, jellies, and wines, their usage is extensive. Their natural sweetness makes them a healthier alternative to artificial sweeteners.

Environmental Impact

Strawberries cultivation, however, does have environmental implications. They require significant water and are often grown using pesticides. Thus, promoting organic farming and sustainable practices is vital for the future of strawberry cultivation.

In essence, strawberries are more than just delightful fruits. Their nutritional benefits, culinary versatility, and the environmental considerations surrounding their cultivation make them a fascinating subject of study.

500 Words Essay on Strawberry

Strawberries, known scientifically as Fragaria x ananassa, are not just a delicious and vibrant fruit, but also a powerhouse of nutrition. They are a hybrid species of the genus Fragaria and are widely cultivated for their fruit. The first garden strawberry was grown in Brittany, France, during the late 18th century. Since then, strawberries have become a popular fruit worldwide due to their unique taste, health benefits, and diverse uses.

Cultivation and Varieties

Strawberries are grown in every US state and Canadian province, making them a truly global fruit. The cultivation of strawberries depends on the variety, climate, and soil type. The three main types of strawberries are June-bearing, everbearing, and day-neutral. June-bearing strawberries produce a large, concentrated fruit crop in June, while everbearing and day-neutral strawberries produce fruit throughout the growing season.

Nutritional Profile and Health Benefits

Strawberries are rich in essential nutrients and antioxidants. They contain high levels of vitamin C, manganese, folate, and potassium. The deep red color of strawberries is due to anthocyanins, a type of flavonoid that acts as a potent antioxidant. Regular consumption of strawberries has been linked to improved heart health, reduced risk of certain types of cancer, and enhanced cognitive function. The fiber in strawberries also aids in digestion and helps to maintain a healthy weight.

Strawberries are versatile in the culinary world. They can be used in a variety of dishes, from salads and smoothies to pies and pastries. Strawberry jam is a popular spread, and strawberry ice cream is a favorite dessert worldwide. In beverages, strawberries are used to flavor wines, liqueurs, and teas. They can also be dried and used in cereals or trail mix.

Environmental Impact and Sustainability

Strawberry cultivation has its environmental challenges. It requires a significant amount of water and is often associated with high pesticide use. However, sustainable farming practices are being implemented to reduce these impacts. Organic strawberry farming, which avoids synthetic fertilizers and pesticides, is growing in popularity. Rotational farming practices are also being used to maintain soil health and prevent disease.

Strawberries are more than just a sweet treat. They are a symbol of nutrition, versatility, and global agriculture. Their cultivation and consumption are deeply embedded in our food culture and economy. As we move towards more sustainable farming practices, the strawberry stands as a testament to our ability to adapt and innovate, ensuring that this beloved fruit continues to be enjoyed by generations to come.

There are people who eat dozens of Mangoes in one shift and the colour on their face and clothes tells all the truth as it smells delicious.

Its smell is so empowering that even while eating Mangoes if someone says Hupsy, we don’t mind it but people love to here, that they are mango lovers.

They not even shy to eat many mangoes at a time in front of others and if someone only ask for a bite, they hesitate to give and even fight on just one bite.

So here I conclude Aam is the king of fruits and is a love of maximum number of people and I just want to say that “I LOVE YOU  MANGO- you are so YUMMY”
