تعلیم نسواں سالِ دوئم کا سب سے اہم مضمون  ہے  50٪ تعداد خواتین طلبا کی ہوتی ہے اس لیے اس مضمون کے آنے کے سب سے زیادہ چانسز ہیں ۔ اس مضمون کو  حقوق نسواں ، علم نسواں , دور حاضر میں تعلیم نسواں کی اہمیت , اسلام میں عورتوں کی تعلیم , عورتوں کی دینی تعلیم , تعلیم نسواں کے فوائد اور اسلام میں تعلیم نسواں کی اہمیت کے طور پر بھی لکھنے کے لیے کہا جا سکتا ہے۔, تعلیم نسواں, جِس علم کی تاثیر سے زن ہوتی ہے نازن, کہتے ہیں اسی علم کو اربابِ نظر مُوت, بیگانہ رہے دیں سے اگر مدرسہٴ زن, ہے عشق ومحبت کے لیے علم وہنر موت.

خدا کو پہچاننے کے لیے بھی علم ضروری تھا۔اسی علم نے انسان کو اندھیرے سے نکالا۔نبی کریم ﷺ کا فرمان ہے کہ مجھے معلم بنا کر بھیجا گیا  آپ  ﷺ نے قرآن وسنت کے ذریعے ہماری زندگیوں کو سنوارا ۔اس سے علم کی افادیت کا پتا چلتا ہے۔اور یہی علم تھا جس کی وجہ سے انسانوں کو فرشتوں پر فو قیت دی گئی بقول اقبال:

جو پایہ علم سے پایا بشر نے

فرشتوں نے بھی وہ پایا نہ پایا.

علم کی مزید دو قسمیں ہیں۔

• علم غیر نافع

                اخلاقی  ، ذہنی  اور  جسمانی  تعلیم  کا مقصد  روح کی بالیدگی ، نفس کی پاکیزگی ،  سیرت وکردار کی بلندی اور ظا ہر و باطن کی طہارت و نفاست  ہوتا  ہے   ۔ قرآن مجید  میں بار بار آیا ہے کہ  عالم و جاہل کے درمیان فرق علم   کی  وجہ  سے  ہے   ۔قرآنِ مجید میں علم کا ذکر 80 بار  آیا ہے  اور علم سے مشتق شدہ الفاظ کا ذکر سینکڑوں  مرتبہ  آیا  ہے  ۔ قرآنِ مجید کے تقریبا اٹھتّر ہزار الفاظ میں سب سے پہلے جو  لفظ  اللہ تعالیٰ  نے رحمت  دو  عالم  ﷺ کے قلبِ مبارک پر نازل فرمایا ۔  وہ    اِقراء  ہے یعنی  پڑھ ۔ قرآنِ مجید  میں ارشاد ربانی  ہے:

اے نبی ﷺ !  کہہ دیجیے ( لوگوں کو ) کیا علم رکھنے والے اور علم نہ رکھنے والے برابر ہوسکتے ہیں ؟

نصیحت تُو وُہی حاصل کر پاتے  ہیں جو عقل والے  ہوتے  ہیں۔

                                                  حدیثِ مبارکہ ہے:

طلب العلم فریضة علی کل مسلم

ترجمہ :علم کا سیکھنا ہرمسلمان پر فرض ہے

قرآن مجید کے بعداسلام میں سب سے مستند ذریعہ تعلیم احادیثِ مبارکہ ہیں اسلام میں  تعلیم نسواں (خواتین کی تعلیم ) کی اہمیت اس لیے بھی ضروری ہے کہ ماں کا کردار اولاد کی تربیت میں کلیدی ہوتا ہے قوم کے نونہالوں کی  صحیح اٹھان اور صالح نشو نما میں ماؤں کا کردار بہت اہم ہے ماں کی گود بچے کی اولین درس گا ہوتی ہے ۔علامہ محمد اقبال ؒ نے   عورت کو تمدن کی جڑ قرار دیا ہے۔

نبی کریم ﷺ نے مردوں کے ساتھ ساتھ عورتوں کی تعلیم کا سلسلہ شروع کیا تو ایک دن انھوں نے عورتوں  کے لیے وقف کیا۔عورتوں نے زیادہ تر علم  ازدواجِ مطہرات سے حاصل کیا جن کو نبی کریم  ﷺ دینی تعلیم سے آراستہ کیا کرتے تھے۔کیونکہ بقول شاعر

مردوں کی تعلیم ضروری تو ہے مگر

پڑھ جائے جو خاتون تو نسلیں سنوار دے  .

معاشرتی زندگی میں بعض معاملات میں  مردوں کو  اور بعض باتوں میں  عورتوں کو برتری حاصل ہےکیونکہ اللہ تعالیٰ سے بہتر کوئی   اوراپنی  مخلوق کی ضرورت اور فطرت سے آگاہ نہیں ہو سکتا ۔   لیکن  مغربی تعلیم  نے   خود غرضی اور دنانیت کو فروغ دیا ہے  عورت کو حقِ مادری کے ساتھ فرائضِ پدری ادا کرنے پر مجبور کر دیا ہے  ۔ اور تہذیب مغرب نے جس طرح عورت کو اِس کے گھر سے زَبردستی اُٹھاکر بچوں سے دور فیکٹریوں  اور دفتروں میں لا بٹھایا  ہے  اس پراقبالؒ اہل مغرب کو  یوں شرمندہ کرتے ہیں۔

کوئی پوچھے حکیمِ یورپ سے

ہند و یُونان ہیں جس کے حلقہ بگُوش, کیا یہی ہے معاشرت کا کمال, مرد بے کار زن تہی آغوش.

تاریخ بتاتی ہے کہ خواتین علم ِ تفسیر ، حدیث ، فقہ اور  دین میں مردوں سے کم نہیں رہیں  ۔حصُول علم پر عورت کا بھی اتنا ہی حق ہے جتنا ایک مرد کا ہے۔عورت کے تعلیم یافتہ ہونے کا فائدہ یہ ہے کہ اگر  وہ علم حاصل کرے گی تو پورے گھرانے کے لیے کرے گی۔ اور یہی بات  نپولین نے کہی تھی:

آپ مجھے تعلیم یافتہ مائیں دیں میں آپ کو بہترین قوم دوں گا۔

                قُرون ِاول سے دورِ جدید  تک  دنیا  کی تاریخ بتاتی ہے کہ مردوں کے شانہ بہ شانہ دخترانِ اسلام میں ایسی باکمال خواتین  نے بھی جنم لیا ہے جنہوں نے فرماں بردار بیٹی ، وفا شعار بیوی ،ایثار ومحبت کا علم اٹھائے بہن  کا کردار ادا کرنے کے ساتھ ساتھ علم وفضل میں  بھی نمایاں مقام حاصل کیا  ۔

                 اسلامی تاریخ  میں عورتوں کے اہل علم  ہونے  کے حوالے سے  جن صحابیات  کا ذکر آیا ہے اس  سر فہرست  میں  امہات المومنین  حضرت عائشہ و حضرت ام سلمہ  فقہ وحدیث کے ساتھ ساتھ   تفسیر میں بہت بلند مقام کی حامل خواتین تھیں  ۔  تحقیق و دِرایت کی بات کی جائے تو  ان کا مقام کامل سمجھا جاتا تھا  حضرت ِ اُم سلمہ کی بیٹی  زینب بنت ابوسلمہ جو نبی کریم ﷺ کی کی بہت  دلدادہ تھیں ان  کو ایک اعلیٰ درجے کی فقیہ اور عالمہ صحابیہ کا مقام حاصل  ہو اتھا ۔

پاکستان قوم کو دو نوبل پرائز ملے اور وہ دونوں  کے پیچھے  تعلیم کا  ہاتھ ہے ۔جیسا کہ ہم سب جانتے ہیں کہ ڈاکٹر عبدالسلام کو فزکس کے شعبہ میں اور ملالہ یوسف زئی کو عورتوں کی تعلیم کے فروغ کے سلسلہ میں نوبل پرائز سے نوازا گیا۔اس کے علاوہ  ارفعہ کریم نے آئی ۔ٹی کے شعبے میں فقیدالمثال کامیابی حاصل کی۔

                  تعلیم کی افادیت سے کوئی انکار نہیں کر سکتا ۔ملک و قوم کی ترقی میں علم کے زیور سے مرد و عورت  کا آراستہ ہونا ضروری ہے۔پاکستان کی آبادی کا تقریباً 50٪ حصہ عورتوں پر مشتمل ہے  اس لیے تعلیم نسواں کے بغیر ترقی کا خواب پورا کرنا نہ ممکن ہے۔ شکر الحمداللہ آج پاکستان میں عورتوں کی شرح خواندگی میں اضافہ اور معیار روزبروز بڑھتا جا رہا ہے۔آج ہر امتحان میں نمایاں کامیابی حاصل کرنے والی اکثر لڑکیاں ہوتی ہیں۔

                مخلوط نظام تعلیم کی گنجائش صرف   سات آٹھ سال  تک کے بچوں   تک ہو سکتی ہے جس میں عمومی طور پر بچے جنسی اور صنفی جذبات سے عاری ہوتے ہیں  لیکن اس کے بعد اس میں بہت سی قباحتیں  ہیں ،اسلام میں کسی غیر محرم کے ساتھ بیٹھنے کی ممانعت کی گئی ہے۔اسلام مخلوط نظام تعلیم کے خلاف ہے  جو کہ مغرب کی فکر گستاخ کا عکاسی کرتا ہے جو کہ  خاتونِ مشرق کو لیلائے مغرب کی طرح ہوس پیشہ نگاہوں اور  لذت اندوزی کا سامان بنانے کی ہمہ گیر اور گھناؤنی سازش  کا حصہ ہے اور یہ عورت کی  چادرِ عصمت وعفت کو تار تار کرنے کی شیطانی چال ہےاسلام اس کی کبھی  حوصلہ افزائی نہیں کر سکتا ۔بقول اکبرؔ

حامدہ چمکی نہ تھی انگلش سے جب بے گانہ تھی

اب ہے شمع انجمن، پہلے چراغِ خانہ تھی.

میری رائے میں لڑکوں اور لڑکیوں کا نصاب تعلیم بھی چند شعبوں  کے علاوہ   مثلاً   زبان و ادب ،  تاریخ ،  معلوماتِ عامہ ، جغرافیہ، ریاضی، جنرل سائنس  کےمختلف ہونا چاہیے ۔انجینرنگ کے اکثر شعبوں کے ساتھ ،عسکری تعلیم اور ٹیکنیکل تعلیم کی بجائے خواتین کو میڈیکل ، نرسنگ اور ٹیچنگ کی طرف آنا چاہیے۔کیونکہ اگر عورت گھر کا نظم و نسق سنبھال اور چلا  سکتی ہے تو ملک کی باگ ڈور سنبالنے میں پیچھے کیسے رہ سکتی ہے۔جس کی مثال   فاطمہ جناح ،رعنا لیاقت علی خان اور وزیرِ  اعظم پاکستان بینظیر بھٹو کی صورت میں ہمارے پاس موجود ہے۔

When grades, test scores, and other material entries don't count , a nursing school essay, referred to as a personal statement, suffices. In this case, a great nursing school can only be your hope for getting into nursing school. If you want to get ahead of the competition, these proven tips will significantly help you.

1. Plan Well

To pen an excellent nursing school essay that gets you accepted, you need to plan the essay.

Read the instructions, brainstorm as you take notes, research widely, and create an outline.

And even when done, the purpose is to have a reverse outline to help you score the essay against the requirements. Planning helps you to know what attention-grabbing statement to begin the essay with, the sequence of the body paragraph ideas for a logical flow, and what specifics to include in the conclusion.

2. Show, Don't Tell!

Even if you don't have appealing past encounters with medicine, hospitals, or anything related to nursing, tell your story as it is.

Do not excuse yourself for telling the truth. After all, you are on your journey to becoming a nurse; all you are seeking is training to develop the knowledge and skills.

If you have cared for your family members at home, babysat your siblings, or have compassion for the suffering, these are the most authentic stories you have, and they can spell meaning on your ambition. Therefore, prove your strong candidature by stating things as they are without clutching at things that do not matter.

5. Let it Flow!

Instead of forcing things such as humor or stories, write plainly about your experiences, encounters, and past events that made you want to become a nurse.

Most "why I want to be a nurse" essays don't have to have any humor. If it clicks well and is good, if it doesn't, don't force it.

میں اپنی بات کا آغاز اپنے پیارے آقا حضرت محمد کی اس حدیث سے کرتا ہوں جس میں انھوں نے فرمایا : “علم حاصل کرنا ہر مسلمان اور عورت پر فرض ہے” اب ایک بات تو واضح ہو گئی کہ مذہب اسلام نے مردوں کے ساتھ ساتھ عورتوں کی تعلیم کو بھی اہم قرار دیا ہے۔ ایک تعلیم یافتہ خاتون ایک نسل کو پروان چڑھانے میں بہت اہم فریضہ ادا کرتی ہے اگر ماں پڑھی لکھی ہو گی تو یقیناً اس کی اولاد میں بھی اچھے اوصاف ہوں گے جو یقیناً معاشرے کے لئے سود مند ثابت ہوں گے کیونکہ کسی بھی معاشرے کی ترقی کے لئے لوگوں کا تعلیم یافتہ ہونا بہت زیادہ اہمیت کا حامل ہے لیکن نپولین کے مطابق ـ” تم مجھے تعلیم یافتہ ماں دو میں تمہیں مہذب قوم دوں گا” ایک اور مقولہ کے مطابق ” اگر آپ کسی مر کو تعلیم دلوائیں تو وہ ایک شخص کی تعلیم ہو گی لیکن اگر آپ ایک عورت کو تعلیم دیتے ہیں تو گویا آپ پورے معاشرے کو تعلیم دیتے ہیں”

حتمی طور پر خواتین کی تعلیم کو گھریلو، سماجی اور قومی سطح پر ترجیح دی جانی چاہیے کیونکہ یہ ہماری پسماندگی کا علاج ہے۔

پاکستان میں خاص طور پر دیہی علاقوں میں معاشرے میں خواتین کی حیثیت بہت خراب ہے۔ خواتین کو کوئی عزت نہیں دی جاتی اور ان کے ساتھ برا سلوک کیا جاتا ہے۔ پاکستان کی خواتین کے معاملے میں تعلیم حاصل کرنے کی اجازت نہ دینے، کم عمری اور جبری شادیوں، تیزاب گردی، گھریلو تشدد اور غیرت کے نام پر قتل کا مسئلہ بہت سنگین ہے۔

 اسلام میں مردوں اور عورتوں کے ساتھ یکساں سلوک اور مساوی حیثیت کا تقاضا کیا گیا ہے پھر بھی جب پاکستان ایک اسلامی ملک ہے تو خواتین کو نہ تو مساوی حقوق دیے جاتے ہیں اور نہ ہی ان کے ساتھ یکساں سلوک کیا جاتا ہے بلکہ ان کے ساتھ غلاموں جیسا سلوک کیا جاتا ہے۔  پاکستان کو مختلف صوبوں میں تقسیم کیا گیا ہے جنہیں مزید شہری اور دیہی علاقوں میں تقسیم کیا گیا ہے۔

دیہی علاقوں میں خواتین کی حیثیت خاص طور پر بہت قابل رحم ہے اور پاکستان کے شہری علاقوں میں قدرے بہتر ہے۔ شہری علاقوں کی خواتین کسی نہ کسی طرح تعلیم حاصل کر رہی ہیں اور اچھے عہدوں پر کام کر رہی ہیں لیکن دیہی علاقوں اور دیہاتیوں کی خواتین انتہائی خراب حالت میں زندگی گزار رہی ہیں۔ پاکستان میں خواتین کی شرح خواندگی بھی بہت کم ہے کیونکہ خواتین کو تعلیم حاصل کرنے کی اجازت نہیں ہے اور انہیں صرف گھر پر ہی رہنا پڑتا ہے۔

ورلڈ بینک کی رپورٹ کے مطابق 2022 میں خواتین عالمی آبادی کا 49.6 فیصد تھیں۔ خواتین بڑی تعداد میں موجود ہیں. وہ ان کی جنس اور جنس کے بارے میں ایک جیسے ہیں. چونکہ تعلیم کا مقصد انسان کو سوچنے اور عمل کرنے کے قابل بنانا ہے ، لہذا خواتین کی تعلیم ضروری ہے۔

 اللہ تعالیٰ نے اپنے پیارے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو وحی عطا فرمائی ہے اور پہلی وحی علم کے بارے میں تھی۔ علم حاصل کرنے کی ضرورت کو اس طرح واضح طور پر بیان نہیں کیا جاسکتا ہے۔  اللہ تبارک وتعالیٰ نے قرآن مجید میں ارشاد فرمایا: (اے محبوب! اللہ کے نام کے ساتھ پڑھو جس نے (ہر چیز) کو پیدا کیا ہے۔ اس نے انسان کو جونک (ماں کے پیٹ میں) کی طرح لٹکے ہوئے بڑے پیمانے پر (چپکے ہوئے) سے پیدا کیا ۔ 

پڑھو اور تمہارا رب بڑا مہربان ہے جس نے انسان کو قلم سے پڑھنا سکھایا اور اس کے علاوہ انسان کو وہ سب کچھ سکھایا جو وہ نہیں جانتا تھا ” (العلق 96:1-5)۔ اس آیت سے معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ چاہتا ہے کہ اس کے ماننے والے مطالعہ کریں اور علم حاصل کریں۔ اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہ بھی فرمایا کہ اس نے اپنے آدمی کو پڑھنا لکھنا سکھایا ہے اور اسے تعلیم حاصل کرنے کی ہدایت کی ہے۔
