What your new challenge will look like

As a member of the 4flow team, you will support our Transportation Specialists in optimizing our customers’ logistics networks in order to ensure material availability. Your primary tasks in this position will include:

Validating figures received by carriers and customers

Checking loading lists and investigating any discrepancies

Changing load statuses in our internal system

Communicating closely with carriers, customers, and internal teams

Supporting the continuous optimization of our customers’ logistics networks

Why you belong at 4flow

Enrolled student (bachelor’s, master’s or MBA) in logistics, economics or a related field of study

Preferably with previous practical experience as an intern or working student in the transportation sector

Working knowledge of MS Office and strong communication skills in Czech and English

Team- and detail-oriented

Interested in the field of logistics and excited to work in a dynamic and international environment

Does the interview take place onsite or virtually?

The application process is designed as a virtual experience. All discussions are carried out by telephone or via video conference. On request or if required, in-person discussions can be organized at one of our locations.

How does the onboarding process work?

Your supervisor will plan youronboarding experience and work together with you to plan your first few weeks with us. You will get to know us as an organization and learnabout our individual units and services and your most important contacts. We will give you time to familiarize yourself with your tasksand projects. Experienced team members will provide you with support. At the same time, you can take part in internal trainings or pursue professional development possibilities individually.

Alexandra Lorenzen of 4flow has won the Thesis Award 2019 for her master's thesis. Given annually by BVL International, the Thesis Award recognizes outstanding bachelor’s and master’s theses and is handed out during the International Supply Chain Conference in Berlin, Germany.

Alexandra’s thesis focused on supply chain visibility and how almost real-time process monitoring can help boost the performance of the end-to-end supply chain. The core part of this approach is to create visibility across processes and stakeholders through an end-to-end flow of information and to use available technological capabilities to do so.
