Individuals who have graduated from an accredited educational institute or certificate program within the last 2 years or 6 years for Veterans.

  • Keeps the appointment and meeting schedule of the Director of the organizational unit served, and those of other senior staff members as directed.
  • Receives calls and visitors from within and outside the immediate organizational unit.
  • Performs office automation duties to prepare documents such as correspondence, forms, and reports which can include technical materials, graphs and charts.
  • Receives and routes incoming and outgoing materials such as controlled and routine correspondence, reports, memos, and other forms of communication.
  • Performs a wide variety of administrative tasks associated with maintaining and supporting the work of the organization.
  • Attends meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items with appropriate staff members.
