সুবিধার্থে এই চিহ্নগুলো ঠিক করা হয়েছে। শিক্ষার্থীর সংখ্যা বিবেচনায় এই ছকের প্রয়োজনীয় সংখ্যক ফটোকপি করে তার সাহায্যে শিখন অভিজ্ঞতাভিত্তিক মূল্যায়নের রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ করা হবে। ☑ ছকে ইনপুট দেওয়া হয়ে সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়ন ও বছরের শেষে বাৎসরিক সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়ন অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। পূর্ব ঘোষিত এক সপ্তাহ ধরে এই মূল্যায়ন প্রক্রিয়া আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে পরিচালিত হবে। স্বাভাবিক ক্লাসরুটিন অনুযায়ী বিষয়ের জন্য সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়ন শেষে অর্জিত পারদর্শিতার মাত্রা রেকর্ড করতে হবে। ☑ শিক্ষার্থীদের প্রদেয় কাজের নির্দেশনা, সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়ন ছক, এবং শিক্ষকের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় অন্যান্য নির্দেশাবলী সকল প্রতিষ্ঠানে ঘ) আচরণিক নির্দেশক পরিশিষ্ট ৫ এ আচরণিক নির্দেশকের একটা তালিকা দেয়া আছে। শিক্ষক বছর জুড়ে পুরো শিখন কার্যক্রম চলাকালে শিক্ষার্থীদের আচরণ, দলীয় কাজে অংশগ্রহণ, আগ্রহ, সহযোগিতামূলক মনোভাব ইত্যাদি শিক্ষার্থী যদি প্রচলিত ভাবে ব্যবহত মৌখিক বা লিখিত ভাবপ্রকাশে স্বচ্ছন্দ না হয়, তবে সেও পছন্দমত উপায়ে নিজের ভাব প্রকাশ করতে পারবে। অনেক ক্ষেত্রেই শিক্ষার্থীর বিশেষ কোন শিখন চাহিদা থাকার ফলে, শিক্ষক তার সামর্থ্য নিয়ে সন্দিহান থাকেন এবং মূল্যায়নের ক্ষেত্রেও এর নেতিবাচক প্রভাব পড়তে পারে। কাজেই এ ধরণের শিক্ষার্থীদেরকে তাদের দক্ষতা/আগ্রহ/সামর্থ্য অনুযায়ী দায়িত্ব প্রদানের মাধ্যমে সক্রিয় অংশগ্রহণের সুযোগ দিয়ে তাদের শিখন উন্নয়নের জন্য পরিবেশ সৃষ্টি করতে হবে। ছ) মূল্যায়নে এপসের ব্যবহার জাতীয় শিক্ষাক্রম অনুসারে ২০২৪ সালে ষষ্ঠ থেকে নবম শ্রেণির শিক্ষার্থীদের সকল বিষয়ের শিখনকালীন ও সামষ্টিক মূল্যায়ন প্রক্রিয়া শিক্ষকগণ “নৈপুণ্য” অ্যাপটি ব্যবহার করে সম্পন্ন করবেন। শিক্ষার্থীদের মূল্যায়ন ও মূল্যায়ন সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান, স্ব-স্ব প্রতিষ্ঠানের শিক্ষকগণের অংশগ্রহণে এবং তথ্য বিষয় শিক্ষকরা ইনপুট দিলে শিক্ষার্থীর জন্য স্বয়ংক্রিয় রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করে দিবে এই 'নৈপুণ্য' অ্যাপ।

২০২২ সালের ৬ষ্ঠ শ্রেনির শিক্ষার্থীরা তোমরা এই করোনাকালীন সময়ে পড়ালেখা চালিয়ে যাচ্ছ, এর মাঝখানে মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষা বোর্ড তোমাদের জন্য ২০২২ সালের জন্য ১ম সপ্তাহের অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট প্রকাশ করেছে। বিদ্যালয় বন্ধ থাকা কালিন এই অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট গুলো চালু থাকে তবে বিদ্যালয় খোলা থাকলে তোমাদের এই অ্যাসাইনমেন্ট গুলো বন্ধও হতে পারে।

নির্দেশনা :

• পাঠ্যবই থেকে ‘মিনু গল্প ও পাঠ পরিচিতি অংশ পড়তে হবে। 
• ‘বাংলাদেশ ও বিশ্বপরিচয়’ বইয়ের ৮১ পৃষ্ঠার ‘বাংলাদেশের শিশু অধিকার’ অধ্যায়টি পড়ে নিতে পারাে।

নির্ধারিত  কাজ :

প্রতিবন্ধিতার ধারণা দিতে হবে।, তুমি কী কী পারাে আর কী কী পারাে না, তার তালিকা করতে হবে।.

• বিশেষ চাহিদাসম্পন্ন শিশুর অসুবিধাগুলাে চিহ্নিত করতে হবে।
• প্রতিবন্ধী মানুষের জন্য কী করা যায় তার উল্লেখ করতে হবে।

বিশেষ চাহিদা সম্পন্ন শিশু বলতে সেইসব শিশুদের বুঝায় সমবয়স্কদের তুলনায় যাদের বুদ্ধি সংবেদন, শারীরিক বৈশিষ্ট্য, ভাব বিনিময় ক্ষমতা ও সামাজিক ক্ষেত্রে উল্লেখযোগ্য মাত্রার কম বা বেশি হয় তাকেই ব্যতিক্রমী শিশু বলে আখ্যায়িত করা হয়। অর্থাৎ যারা সাধারণের বাইরে তারাই বিশেষ চাহিদা সম্পন্ন শিশু। 

আমার শ্রেণীতে বিশেষ চাহিদা সম্পন্ন শিশু থাকলে বা সহপাঠী থাকলে তার প্রতি আমার কি রকম আচরণ হওয়া উচিত তা নিচে একটি তালিকার মাধ্যমে দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করলাম-

• বিশেষ চাহিদা সম্পন্ন শিক্ষার্থীদের প্রথম সারিতে বসানোর ব্যবস্থা করতে পারি।
• তাদেরকে কথা বলার বা দেখানোর সুযোগ  দেওয়ার ব্যবস্থা করতে পারি।
• কিছু না বুঝলে অথবা বুঝতে অসুবিধা হলে বুঝিয়ে দিতে পারি।
• সহজ, সরল ও সাবলীল ভাষায় তাদের সাথে কথা বলতে পারে।
• তাদের সাথে সর্বদা ভালো আচরণ করতে পারি।
• তাদেরকে যে কোন সমস্যায় সর্বোচ্চ সহযোগিতা করতে পারি।
• তাদের কোনো অসুস্থতা দেখা দিলে বিলম্ব না করে শিক্ষকদের জানাতে পারি।
• তাদেরকে সব সময় হাসিখুশি তথা বিনোদনের মধ্যে রাখতে পারি।
• শ্রেণীর অন্যান্য শিক্ষার্থীরাও  যেন তাদের প্রতি  সহানুভূতিশীল হতে পারে সে ব্যবস্থা করতে পারি।
• তাদের সাথে ভাই বোনের মতো আচরণ করতে পারি l

বিশেষ চাহিদা সম্পন্ন সহপাঠির আমার আচরণ যেমন হওয়া উচিত নয়-

শ্রেণিকক্ষে বিশেষ চাহিদা সম্পন্ন সভাপতি থাকলে তার প্রতি আমাদের যে রকমের আচরণ করা উচিত নয় তার একটি তালিকা দেয়া হলো-

• তাদেরকে পেছনে রেখে সামনের সারিতে বসা উচিত নয়।
• তাদের সাথে কথা বলা উচিত নয়।
• তাদেরকে কথা বলায় বাধা দেওয়া উচিত নয়।
• তাদের সাথে কখনোই খারাপ আচরণ করা উচিত নয়।
• তাদেরকে কখনোই প্রতিবন্ধী কিংবা অটিস্টিক বলা যাবে না।

বিশেষ চাহিদা সম্পন্ন শিশুরা সিনড্রোম, টার্মিনাল ডিজিজ, গভীর জ্ঞানীয় দুর্বলতা বা মারাত্মক মানসিক সমস্যা নিয়ে জন্মগ্রহণ করতে পারে। অন্যান্য শিশুর বিশেষ চাহিদাগুলোর মধ্যে থাকতে পারে—শিক্ষার অক্ষমতা, খাদ্য অ্যালার্জি, বুদ্ধিমত্তার বিকাশ বিলম্ব বা আতঙ্কিত হওয়ার সমস্যাগুলো। এমন শিশুদের চাহিদার চ্যালেঞ্জগুলো সাধারণ শিশুদের থেকে মারাত্মক হয় এবং আজীবন স্থায়ী চ্যালেঞ্জও হতে পারে।

এ ক্ষেত্রে বিশেষ চাহিদা সম্পন্ন শিশুদের অতিরিক্ত সহায়তা ও অতিরিক্ত পরিষেবাগুলোর প্রয়োজন হয়। তাঁদের অতিরিক্ত দিকনির্দেশনা শিক্ষাগত, সামাজিক, সংবেদনশীল ও কখনো কখনো চিকিৎসার মাইলফলক পূরণে সহায়তা করে। আবাসন, কর্মসংস্থান, সামাজিক সম্পৃক্ততা ও আর্থিক লেনদেনের প্রতিদিনের সমস্যাগুলো মোকাবিলায় তাঁদের আজীবন দিকনির্দেশনা এবং সহায়তা প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।

প্রতিবন্ধী শিক্ষা আইন ইনডিভিজুয়্যাল উইথ ডিজঅ্যাবিলিটি এডুকেশন অ্যাক্টের (IDEA) অধীনে যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের শিক্ষা বিভাগ কর্তৃক অনুমোদিত বিশেষ চাহিদা সম্পন্ন শিশুদের জন্য বিশেষ শিক্ষার ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে। এই আইনটি বিশেষ চাহিদাসম্পন্ন শিশুদের আর্লি ইন্টারভেনশন পরিষেবা, বিনা মূল্যে পাবলিক বিশেষ শিক্ষা ও এ সম্পর্কিত পরিষেবায় উপযুক্ত পদক্ষেপগুলোকে সংজ্ঞায়িত করে।

বিশেষ চাহিদা সম্পন্ন শিশুদের জন্য আর্লি ইনন্টারভেনশন শিক্ষাগত, আবেগময় ও সামাজিক সম্ভাবনা পূরণে সহায়তা করার এক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পদক্ষেপ। আর্লি ইন্টারভেনশন একটি প্রক্রিয়াকে বোঝায়, যা শুরুতেই চলমান শিশুর বিকাশ ক্ষমতা মূল্যায়ন করে।

বিশেষ চাহিদা সম্পন্ন শিশুদের বিকাশ ও আচরণের ক্ষেত্রে পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে। শিশু বড় হওয়ার সঙ্গে সঙ্গে কিছু প্রাথমিক লক্ষণ দেখে রাখা ভালো। যেমন—শিশু জন্মের ৬ মাস অবধি যদি কোনো ধরনের শব্দ না করে বা হাসি না দেয়, উচ্চ শব্দে সাড়া না দেওয়া বা শব্দ এবং কণ্ঠস্বরকে অনুসরণ করার চেষ্টা না করা, তিন মাস বয়সের পরও মাথা ধরে রাখতে সমস্যা হওয়া, কোনো জিনিস বা ব্যক্তিকে চোখ দ্বারা অনুসরণ করতে সমস্যা হওয়া, বাহু বা পা শক্ত থাকা এবং শরীরের ভঙ্গিটি স্বাভাবিক না হওয়া…ইত্যাদি।

প্রতিবন্ধী অক্ষম মানুষেরা চিরকালই সমাজে সবলদের দ্বারা উপেক্ষিত ও অবহেলিত হয়ে আসছে। অথচ ইসলামের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী তাদের সঙ্গে সদাচরণ, সাহায্য-সহযোগিতা এবং অন্যদের ওপর তাদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া উচিত।

বিপদ-আপদে সব সময় তাদের পাশে দাঁড়ানো মানবতা ও ইমানি দায়িত্ব। প্রতিবন্ধীদের সঙ্গে অসদাচরণ, উপহাস, ব্যঙ্গ-বিদ্রূপ বা ঠাট্টা-তামাশা করা সৃষ্টিকে তথা আল্লাহকে উপহাস করার শামিল। শারীরিক, শ্রবণ, বাক্, বুদ্ধি ও দৃষ্টিপ্রতিবন্ধীদের একটি অংশ জন্মগতভাবে প্রতিবন্ধী।

অপর অংশ দুর্ঘটনার কারণে মানসিকভাবে প্রতিবন্ধিত্বের শিকার হয়। গর্ভাবস্থায় মায়ের দৈহিক কোনো ঘাটতি, পুষ্টিহীনতা বা অসুস্থতা, জন্মের পর বেড়ে ওঠার সময় অপুষ্টি, রোগাক্রান্ত হওয়া, সড়ক দুর্ঘটনা প্রভৃতিসহ পিতামাতার অমনোযোগ, অযত্ন ও অবহেলার কারণে শিশুর শারীরিক ও মানসিক বিকাশ বাধাগ্রস্ত হতে পারে।

এ সম্পর্কে পবিত্র কোরআনে ইরশাদ হয়েছে, ‘তুমি তোমার সুমহান প্রতিপালকের নামের পবিত্রতা ও মহিমা ঘোষণা করো, যিনি সৃষ্টি করেন ও সুঠাম করেন এবং যিনি পরিমিত বিকাশ সাধন করেন ও পথনির্দেশ করেন।

সমাজে প্রতিবন্ধী মানুষের মৌলিক চাহিদা পূরণ, স্বাভাবিক ও সম্মানজনক জীবনযাপনের অধিকার রয়েছে। প্রতিবন্ধীদের মানবিক মর্যাদা ও অধিকার প্রতিষ্ঠায় অত্যন্ত বলিষ্ঠভাবে মানুষকে কর্তব্যপরায়ণ ও দায়িত্বসচেতন হওয়ার তাগিদ দেওয়া হয়েছে।

একজন প্রতিবন্ধী সমাজে সুস্থ-সুন্দরভাবে বিকশিত হয়, যদি দেশের অবকাঠামো ভালো হয়। ইসলাম মানুষকে হতদরিদ্র অসহায়ের প্রতি সহানুভূতি ও সাহায্য-সহযোগিতার শিক্ষা দেয়।

প্রতিবন্ধীরা শারীরিক, মানসিক কিংবা আর্থসামাজিক অক্ষমতা বা অসুবিধার কারণে স্বাভাবিক ও স্বাবলম্বী জীবনযাপন করতে পারে না। প্রতিবন্ধীদের সীমাহীন দুঃখ-দুর্দশা উপলব্ধি করতে পারেন সেসব ধর্মপ্রাণ সংবেদনশীল মানুষ, যাঁরা অন্যের দুঃখ-বেদনাকে সহমর্মিতার দৃষ্টিতে দেখেন।

এ জন্য প্রতিবন্ধীদের প্রতি অকৃত্রিম ভালোবাসা, দয়া-মায়া, সেবা-যত্ন, সুযোগ-সুবিধা ও সাহায্য-সহৃদয়তার হাত সম্প্রসারিত করা ইসলামের অনুসারীদের অবশ্যকর্তব্য। মানুষ হিসেবে বেঁচে থাকার ন্যূনতম মৌলিক অধিকারগুলো তাদেরও ন্যায্যপ্রাপ্য। তাই প্রতিবন্ধীদের প্রতি আন্তরিক ভালোবাসা প্রদর্শন ও সহানুভূতিশীল হওয়া অত্যাবশ্যক।

একজন মানুষ হিসেবে প্রতিবন্ধীদের নিশ্চয়ই স্বাভাবিক চলাফেরা করার অধিকার আছে এবং সবারই প্রতিবন্ধীদের অধিকারের প্রতি বিশেষভাবে নজর দেওয়ার দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য রয়েছে। বিশেষ করে প্রতিবন্ধী নারী, শিশু ও বয়োবৃদ্ধদের বৈষম্য ও দুঃখ-কষ্টের সীমা থাকে না।

তাই ইসলাম শিশু-কিশোর থেকে শুরু করে দুর্বল অসহায় প্রতিবন্ধীদের অধিকারের ব্যাপারে যথেষ্ট ভূমিকা রেখেছে। প্রতিবন্ধী শিশুদের শিক্ষা, প্রশিক্ষণ, স্বাস্থ্যসেবা, পুনর্বাসন, কর্মসংস্থান ও বিনোদন লাভের পূর্ণ অধিকারের কথা বলা হয়েছে। প্রতিবন্ধীরাও তাদের পিতামাতার প্রিয় সন্তান।

তাদের মধ্যেও সুখ-দুঃখ, ব্যথা-বেদনা, স্নেহ-ভালোবাসা ও দেশপ্রেমের অনুভূতি আছে। এ জন্য দেশ গড়ার ক্ষেত্রে তাদের সম্পৃক্ত করতে হবে। শিক্ষা, স্বাস্থ্যসেবা, বৃত্তিমূলক প্রশিক্ষণ, কর্মসংস্থান প্রভৃতি ক্ষেত্রে প্রতিবন্ধী জনগোষ্ঠীর জন্য বিশেষায়িত কার্যক্রমের প্রয়োজন রয়েছে। প্রতিবন্ধীদের পরমুখাপেক্ষিতার পথ থেকে স্বাবলম্বিতার পথে আনা এবং

সমাজের আর দশজন কর্মীর মতো তাদের হাতকেও কর্মীর হাতে পরিণত করার পদক্ষেপ নিতে হবে।প্রতিবন্ধীরা সমাজের বোঝা নয়, তাদের মধ্যে রয়েছে আল্লাহ প্রদত্ত তীক্ষ্ণ মেধাসম্পন্ন অনন্য প্রতিভা। শারীরিক বা যেকোনো প্রতিবন্ধিতা অক্ষমতা নয়, বরং ভিন্ন ধরনের সক্ষমতা। সুযোগ পেলে প্রতিবন্ধীরাও দক্ষতা ও পারদর্শিতার মাধ্যমে অনেক কিছু করতে পারে। প্রতিবন্ধীদের মেধা ও প্রতিভাকে কাজে লাগাতে পারলে এরা মানবসম্পদে পরিণত হবে।

সামর্থ্য অনুযায়ী বিভিন্ন যোগ্যতা অর্জনের মাধ্যমে দক্ষতা গড়ে তাদের স্বাবলম্বী করে তোলা যায়। সমাজের সব থেকে প্রান্তিক অংশ অসহায় প্রতিবন্ধীদের ইসলাম প্রদত্ত অধিকার সুরক্ষা হচ্ছে কি না, তা সবারই দেখা উচিত। মানবাধিকার,

উপযুক্ত পরিচর্যা, অনুকূল পরিবেশ, আর্থিক সহযোগিতা, সহমর্মিতা ও সমবেদনা পেলে তারা দেশ ও জাতি গঠনে যোগ্য অংশীদার হতে পারে। তাই আসুন না, আমরা প্রতিবন্ধীদের প্রতি অকৃত্রিম ভালোবাসা ও সহমর্মিতা প্রকাশে অত্যন্ত যত্নবান হই এবং তাদের মানবাধিকার সুরক্ষার ব্যাপারে সচেতন হই!

For class six, Assignment is a spatial tasks or home work. In this case the teacher of each subject will give some specific questions or titles to the students. These questions will be from the sixth grade textbook. Students must write these questions in their respective homes within the allotted time and submit them to the teacher. Why Do Students In Class Six Have To Do this Assignments?

Corona virus getting day by day more dangerous in our country and also whole world. So, our Government & Education Minister decide that all school colleges closed till then finis corona virus pandemic. On the other hand students and guardians all over the country were confused about the process of promotion to higher classes as schools and madrasas have been shut for more than seven months due to the pandemic. At last, Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) said that this year all secondary annual exam closed for Corona Virus panic. So, all class six students are auto promoted at class seven without annual examinations.

DSHE Secondary Director Belal Hossain said they are working closely with NCTB on the assignments. Students would have to answer short questions, board questions and creative questions based on what they learned in a particular week. According to the Bangladesh Bureau of Education and Statistics (BANBEIS), there are about 1.05 crore students in classes 6-9 across the country — around 87.32 lakh studying in schools and the rest in madrasas. 

The decision to take this assignment so as not to compromise the quality of education and educational activities of all these students.

সে আমার লেখার টেবিলের পাশে আমার পায়ের কাছে বসে নিজের দুই হাঁটু এবং হাত নিয়ে অতি দ্রুত উচ্চারণে অগডুম-বাগডুম খেলতে আরম্ভ করে দিল। আমার ঘর পথের ধারে। হঠাৎ মিনি আগডুম-বাগডুম খেলা রেখে জানালার ধারে ছুটে গেল এবং চিৎকার করে ডাকতে লাগলো “কাবলিওয়ালা, ও কাবলিওয়ালা।”
