जळगाव - मारवड येथील नानाभाऊ मन्साराम तुकाराम पाटील कला महाविद्यालयातील सरंक्षण आणि सामरिक शास्त्र विषयाचे विभाग प्रमुख प्रा. जितेंद्र आनंदा माळी यांना नुकतीच कवयित्री बहिणाबाई चौधरी उत्तर महाराष्ट्र विद्यापीठाकडून पीएचडी प्रदान करण्यात आली आहे. ही पदवी प्र-कुलगुरू प्रा.पी.पी.माहुलीकर यांच्याहस्ते देण्यात आली. भारत-अमेरिका सामरिक संबंध आणि त्यांचा भारताच्या सुरक्षेवर होणार परिणाम - एक अभ्यास या विषयावर त्यांनी शोधप्रबंध सादर केला आहे. त्यांना थाळनेर येथील पी.एस.वाडीले महाविद्यालयाचे निवृत्त प्राचार्य डॉ. विजय जाधव यांचे मार्गदर्शन लाभले. त्यांच्या यशाबद्दल गुरूवारी त्यांचा उच्च शिक्षण विभागाचे सहसंचालक डॉ. सतीष देशपांडे यांच्याहस्ते सत्कार करण्यात आला.

Education news : केंद्र सरकारने 2020 साली नवीन शैक्षणिक धोरण लागू केले असून, राज्यात विद्यापीठस्तरावर येत्या शैक्षणिक वर्षापासून त्याची अंमलबजावणी होणार आहे..

Education News : डॉ.बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर मराठवाडा विद्यापीठ ( Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University ) प्रशासनाने येत्या शैक्षणिक वर्षापासूनच नवीन शैक्षणिक धोरणाची (New Education Policy) अमलबजावणी करण्याचे ठरविले असून, आता पदवीचा अभ्यासक्रम तीनऐवजी चार वर्षांचा असणार आहे. विशेष म्हणजे चार वर्षांचा हा अभ्यासक्रम पूर्ण केल्यावर थेट पीएच.डी. ला प्रवेश घेता येणार आहे. त्यामुळे पदव्युत्तर अभ्यासक्रम करण्याची गरज राहणार नाही अशी माहिती प्रकुलगुरू डॉ. श्याम शिरसाट यांनी माध्यमांना दिली आहे. यामुळे विद्यार्थ्यांना मोठा फायदा होणार आहे.

केंद्र सरकारने 2020 साली नवीन शैक्षणिक धोरण लागू केले. राज्यात विद्यापीठस्तरावर येत्या शैक्षणिक वर्षापासून त्याची अमलबजावणी होणार आहे. नवीन धोरणात शालेय शिक्षणात आणि उच्च शिक्षणात अनेक बदल अंतर्भूत आहेत. त्यानुसार डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर मराठवाडा विद्यापीठाने आवश्यक तयारी केली आहे. आतापर्यंत पदवीचा अभ्यासक्रम हा तीन वर्षांचा होता. आता पदवीस्तरावरील अभ्यासक्रम चार वर्षांचा असणार आहे. तसेच आतापर्यंत पदव्युत्तर शिक्षण घेतल्यावरच पीएच. डी. (डॉक्टर ऑफ फिलॉसॉफी) या सर्वोच्च पदवीसाठी प्रवेश घेता येत होता. मात्र आता पदवीचे चार वर्षांचे शिक्षण घेतल्यावर थेट पीएच.डी.साठी प्रवेश घेता येणार आहे. 

दरम्यान याबाबतीत बोलताना प्रकुलगुरू डॉ. श्याम शिरसाट यांनी सांगितले की, विद्यापीठाअंतर्गत आता तीन वर्षे कालावधीच्या अभ्यासक्रमासह चार वर्षांचा अभ्यासक्रम महाविद्यालयांना राबवावा लागणार आहे. त्याची प्रक्रिया लवकरच सुरुवात केली जाईल. अभ्यासक्रमाची रचना, ज्यात उपलब्ध अभ्यासक्रम, महाविद्यालयांची जबाबदारी, प्रवेश प्रक्रिया याबाबतची सविस्तर रूपरेषा जाहीर केली जाईल. नवीन बदलात विद्यापीठाने संशोधनावरही भर दिला आहे. चार वर्षांचा अभ्यासक्रम पूर्ण केल्यानंतर विद्यार्थ्याला पदव्युत्तर शिक्षण घ्यायचे असेल, तर ते केवळ एक वर्षाचे असणार आहे. 

पदवी अभ्यासक्रमाचे महाविद्यालयांना स्वातंत्र्य

तसेच चौथ्या वर्षात विद्यापीठ दोन पर्याय विद्यार्थ्यांसमोर ठेवेल. ज्यामध्ये सर्वसामान्य आणि दुसरे संशोधनावर आधारित असणार आहे. जे विद्यार्थी चौथे वर्ष संशोधनावर आधारित निवडतील, त्यांना पदवीनंतर थेट पीएच. डी. ला प्रवेश मिळू शकेल, परंतु त्यासाठी पदवीच्या शेवटच्या वर्षात 7.5 पेक्षा अधिक ग्रेड मिळणे अपेक्षित आहे. विशेष म्हणजे चार वर्षे कालावधीचा पदवी अभ्यासक्रम राबविण्याचे स्वातंत्र्य महाविद्यालयांना असणार आहे.

നാഷണല്‍ ബാങ്ക് ഫോര്‍ അഗ്രിക്കള്‍ച്ചര്‍ ആന്‍ഡ് റൂറല്‍ ഡെവലപ്‌മെന്റ് (നബാര്‍ഡ്) അവരുടെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനമേഖലയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട മികച്ച പിഎച്ച്.ഡി. പ്രബന്ധത്തിന് അവാര്‍ഡുകള്‍ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. അര്‍ഹരാകുന്നവര്‍ക്ക് ഒരു ലക്ഷം രൂപയും സൈറ്റേഷനും ലഭിക്കും.

ഡോക്ടറല്‍ വിദ്യാര്‍ഥികളുടെ മികച്ച മൗലിക ഗവേഷണങ്ങളും ബാങ്കിനു പ്രസക്തമായ മേഖലകളിലെ ഗുണനിലവാരമുള്ള ഗവേഷണങ്ങളും പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുക എന്നതാണ് അവാര്‍ഡുകള്‍ വഴി ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്.

അഗ്രിക്രെഡിറ്റ്, അഗ്രി. എക്സ്റ്റന്‍ഷന്‍, അഗ്രി. മാര്‍ക്കറ്റിങ്, അഗ്രി. ഇക്കണോമിക്‌സ്, അഗ്രിക്കള്‍ച്ചര്‍, ഗ്രാമീണ വികസനം, അനുബന്ധ മേഖലകളിലെ സമകാലീന പ്രമേയങ്ങള്‍ എന്നിവയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഗവേഷണങ്ങള്‍ക്കാണ് ഈ വര്‍ഷം മുന്‍ഗണന നല്‍കി പരിഗണിക്കുന്നത്.

അപേക്ഷകര്‍ 2021 ജനുവരി ഒന്നിനും 2021 ഡിസംബര്‍ 31നും ഇടയ്ക്ക് പിഎച്ച്.ഡി. ബിരുദം/പ്രൊവിഷണല്‍ ബിരുദം ലഭിച്ചവരാകണം. എന്‍.എ.എസ്.എസ്. റേറ്റിങ് ആറോ കൂടുതലോ ഉള്ള ജേണലുകളില്‍ നിലവാരമുള്ള രണ്ട് ഗവേഷണപ്പേപ്പറുകള്‍ ഉണ്ടാകണം.

അപേക്ഷയുടെ ഭാഗമായി 8001000 വാക്കുകളില്‍ തീസിസിന്റെ സംഗ്രഹം, 200300 വാക്കുകളില്‍ നോമിനേഷന്‍ സ്റ്റേറ്റ്‌മെന്റ്, ഔദ്യോഗിക ലെറ്റര്‍ ഹെഡ്ഡിലുള്ള റെക്കമെന്റേഷന്‍ ലെറ്റര്‍ (സൂപ്പര്‍വൈസര്‍/കോസൂപ്പര്‍ വൈസര്‍/വകുപ്പു മേധാവി/സ്ഥാപന മേധാവി നല്‍കിയത്), തീസിസ് സോഫ്റ്റ് കോപ്പി, പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണങ്ങള്‍ തുടങ്ങിയവ പി.ഡി.എഫ്. ഫോര്‍മാറ്റില്‍ നല്‍കണം.

PhD in Marathi: What is it about? 

• Marathi is one of the indo-Aryan and 22 scheduled languages of India. It's also the official and co-official language of Maharashtra and Goa respectively.
• Ranking 10th in the world, the Marathi language has 83 million speakers worldwide.
• A PhD course in Marathi provides deep insight into the language. The course builds experts by running research and practical works on the language.

• Use your given ID and password to log in. Fill in the forms as instructed and upload needed documents. Do not forget to add reservation certificates to avail the benefits for the same.
• Complete the payment process and fill in the details of the same.
• Be Careful throughout the process as once done can not be changed. Finally, preview your application form and correct if any mistakes.

PhD in Marathi: Eligibility Criteria 

• To be eligible for PhD in Marathi one must have completed a Masters Degree in the Marathi language with 55% marks(50% for reserved category students).
• An MPhil degree holder in the Marathi language is also eligible for PhD in Marathi.
• A Candidate must have appeared the PhD Entrance Exam(PET) conducted by a responsive College/University with minimum qualifying marks.
• Some colleges/universities also take students through Common Entrance Tests(CET), like UGC-NET.
• There are also facilities available for reserved category students.

Besides above-mentioned eligibility criteria, many Colleges/universities have their requirements and conditions. Do thorough research before applying.

PhD in Marathi: Entrance Exams

There are different entrance exams for a PhD programme.

• From 2018 NTA is conducting UGC-NET(University Grants Commission-National Eligibility Test) exams. It is a selection process to pick students for Junior Research Fellowship(JRF) and Lectureship in Indian College/University.
• 81 subjects available under UGC-NET and you are advised to take the same subject as of your Master's Degree.
• PhD Entrance Test- The entrance test is conducted by responsive colleges/universities rather than following a national eligibility test(UGC-NET) exams.
• Some colleges exempt students from the PET who cleared UGC-NET. However, candidates need to pay more course fees than those who appeared PET.
• Mumbai University-Pre-Entrance Test: The entrance test is conducted by Mumbai University for the selection of eligible students for PhD programmes.
• The candidates who are UGC-NET/MPhil qualified, are exempted from MU-PET.
