On March 11 th  the University announced that beginning March 16 th  instruction for all students will be moving to a remote delivery format. The Graduate School, the University Libraries, and the graduate faculty of Penn State have established format standards that a thesis or dissertation must meet before receiving final approval as fulfillment of a graduate requirement. The Office of Theses and Dissertations is the unit of the Graduate School responsible for certifying that theses and dissertations have been prepared in accordance with these established regulations.

Every thesis and dissertation must be reviewed by the Office of Theses and Dissertations for format only and are not edited for spelling, grammar, or punctuation. Master's papers are not reviewed by the Office of Theses and Dissertations.

When a thesis or dissertation is submitted to the Office of Theses and Dissertations, it must meet the formatting and deadline requirements set forth in the Thesis and Dissertation Handbook . All doctoral dissertations and master's theses must be submitted electronically. For more information on electronic theses and dissertations (eTDs), visit the eTD website .

The following forms are available in Adobe PDF and accessible Microsoft Word (DOC) format. The Word documents are designed to be used specifically with screen reader technology.  Please use the PDF versions of these forms unless you require the use of screen reader technology.

You may need to download the latest version of  Adobe Acrobat reader  (free) to view and print the PDF documents.

Citations from 1899 forward and fulltext from 1997 to the present. Selected full-text available prior to 1997. Search for advisor, author, or keywords. A search of the program name may pick up some dissertations for specific programs as this information may be on the cover page.
• Publicly Accessible Dissertations from University of Pennsylvania Starting in December 2015, Penn requires dissertations to be publicly available. These are hosted on the ScholarlyCommons website.

• PennCLO Dissertation records in the Franklin Catalog - Dissertations have the subject heading: Penn dissertations -- Chief Learning Officer Program or Work-based Learning Leadership .  Some records will be for print, others for online. Take the author/citation information and search in ProQuest dissertations for full-text.

Requesting Dissertations - Interlibrary Loan

The prospects of development of the enterprise are analyzed using the information on its industrial and economic activity in 2009–2016; this time period is characteristic of the crisis and postcrisis stages in the world and Russian economics. The technical-and-economic indices that reflect the most important aspects of the enterprise activity are estimated. The long-term measures taken by the management and the staff allow them to develop business dynamically in strategic perspective.
