IGNOU Grade Card 2023

The IGNOU started updating the Grade Card for June 2023 from July 11, 2023. Students are requested to frequently visit the website to check the grade card of your program. According to the university's credit-based system, each course is given a specific number of credits based on its level of difficulty and duration. The grade card includes your overall grade point average (GPA), credits earned, and course-specific grades.

Understanding the IGNOU Grading System

What is the difference between ignou grade card and result.

Compared to an IGNOU result, an IGNOU grade card provides the completion status along with the assignment, theoretical, and practical score. Division and Grade are included in the IGNOU results in addition to results from term-end exams. The mark sheet is therefore utilised as a future reference.

IGNOU Revaluation Process

According to IGNOU, individuals have to submit revaluation applications and fees for each course within one month of the results release. Within 45 days of the result declaration, students must pay Rs 100 to receive a photocopy of their answer sheets. Candidates may request reevaluation for a number of programmes. Only the theoretical paper will be reevaluated; assignments or practicals won't be included.

Both undergraduate and graduate courses are eligible for reevaluation. The IGNOU Grade Card is updated with the final results following the reevaluation. Once the revised results are available, applicants can also ask for a copy of their answer sheets.

The early term end result IGNOU, has been available for the students who have been selected for any post or who intend to further their studies.

Step 3 . A drop down list will be displayed and then candidates have to click on the ‘ Result ’ link.

Candidates can check the previous year IGNOU TEE results in online mode. In order to check the IGNOU previous year result, candidates are required to follow these steps:

The Indira Gandhi National Open University allows students to improve their division or marks after the IGNOU final gradecard has been issued. This facility is beneficial to those students who fall short of 1% to 2% to secure 2nd or 1st division marks in bachelor's or master's degree at IGNOU. The IGNOU conducts the IGNOU improvement exam, which candidates can fill out the applications for within six months from the issuance of the final gradecard of IGNOU. Candidates please note that they can appear only once in the IGNOU improvement examination. This improvement test of IGNOU allows the students to achieve their desired divisions which they had missed by a slight margin.

Non-submission of assignments could also lead to incomplete IGNOU results. The incomplete IGNOU TEE June 2023 result simply means that the university will upload the results as soon as possible since many courses and subjects are offered by the university. After the university checks the copy of the term end subject, the IGNOU exam result are uploaded.

The IGNOU result 2023 grade card is made available on the official website: ignou.ac.in. Candidates can view the IGNOU grade card by selecting their given programme and entering their enrollment number. The IGNOU 2023 grade card includes information such as enrolment number, student name, programme name, course code, assignment marks, theory marks, practical marks, and status (Completed/Not Completed).

Duplicate IGNOU Exam Grade Card 2023

Indira Gandhi National Open University offers an option where they can request a duplicate grade card if they lose or misplace the previous one.

In order to obtain a duplicate IGNOU grade card/mark sheet , students must complete an application form.

In addition, students need to submit a Demand Draft (DD) for Rs.250 made payable to IGNOU in New Delhi.

Candidates who have appeared in the IGNOU TEE exam, must be aware fo the IGNOU passing marks . It is worth noting that it is mandatory to qualify in both theory and practical/ assignments to qualify for academic session. Candidates must secure at least 35% marks in the assignment and theory exams individually in order to qualify. For exam papers of 50 marks, the passing marks is 18.

For IGNOU PG programmes, the passing marks is 40% for both theory and practical/ assignment papers.

The minimum passing marks in IGNOU depends on the programme. Students who are pursuing undergraduate courses are required to secure at least 35% and 40% for candidates who are pursuing BA programmes. The minimum passing marks for IGNOU postgraduate programmes is 40%. The final IGNOU result is calculated based on both IGNOU term-end exam and IGNOU assignment scores.

As per the IGNOU grade card calculator, a particular weightage is assigned to various components of a candidate’s academic work done during their stay in the university. In order to reevaluate, students need to fill out the IGNOU revaluation form and submit it to the university evaluation center along with a copy of their answer scripts. Officials at Indira Gandhi National Open University will reevaluate the students' answers.

IGNOU Answer Scripts Photocopy

The university provides photocopies of the answer scripts to candidates who request them and pay a fee of Rs. 100 per course if they are not satisfied with their IGNOU TEE results 2023 .

Candidates must request a photocopy of their IGNOU answer scripts within 45 days after the declaration of their results.

It is necessary for students to submit the filled-out revaluation application form, answer script photocopy, and demand draft for the revaluation fee drawn in the favour of IGNOU payable in the city to the concerned evaluation centre in the specified format.

The IGNOU 2023 revaluation application form must be filled out by candidates who are not satisfied with their TEE marks. A fee of Rs. 750 is payable for each course. It is important to note that the revaluation form must be filled out within one month of declaring the results. IGNOU will make the prescribed revaluation application form available on its official website. It can be accessed by candidates by downloading it and paying the applicable fee. Candidates must submit the revaluation request along with a demand draft drawn in the name of IGNOU, payable at the city of the evaluation centre.

The university will announce the IGNOU December TEE revaluation result 2023 in online mode. The IGNOU revaluation result for June TEE 2023 was declared at ignou.ac.in. Candidates can check the IGNOU 2023 revaluation result by using their enrollment number.

Candidates who want to improve their division and have finished their graduation or post-graduation can take the IGNOU improvement exam.

IGNOU improvement exams can only be taken for the theory exams and cannot be taken for assignments, practical exams, or laboratory exams.

IGNOU improvement exams are for candidates who feel unsatisfied with their marks and division.

IGNOU Eligibility Criteria for Improvement Examination 2023

IGNOU students who have less than 2% of the required marks at graduation can fill out a form for improvement examinations. They also must match the eligibility criteria required for IGNOU improvement examination.

In the postgraduate programmes, candidates with 2% less marks than the overall 55% are eligible for improvement marks.

If a student fails in the first year's papers, then they can still appear for the paper and pass the back paper in the remaining years of their programme. By filling out the IGNOU 2023 application form on the official website, candidates can apply for IGNOU back papers 2023. UG students at IGNOU will be given 8 years to clear the back papers, whereas PG students are given 5 years to clear the back papers. It must be noted that if candidates have submitted their assignments in the previous year they do not have to resubmit it.

IGNOU Grade Card 2023 Live Updates

IGNOU has now officially announced and updated its grade card status for session December 2023 so candidates are advised to check their grade card on a regular basis if they appeared in the month of December & January 2024 for TEE December examination of IGNOU. IGNOU TEE December 2023 is now running and the updating of the IGNOU grade card is now started by the university on its scheduled dates.

We will be updating our students on any news and announcement made by the university regarding the grade card of TEE Dec 2023. If you had applied for the Early Declaration then you may check your updated grade card for the session Dec 2023 from the same section.

IGNOU Grade Card  Release Date 2023

IGNOU Grade Card for the session December 2023 was expected to start updating on or after 13th January 2023 but it was officially started to update from 26th December 2023 as a first update. The grade card will be updated frequently so keep checking your grade card regularly to get the status of all your subjects.

Candidates will be able to check or download their grade cards for Dec 2023 as well as the earlier session from the given link. IGNOU Grade Card will be uploaded here to explore and download by all IGNOU students. IGNOU Grade Card Status is updating at regular intervals so keep checking your score-card to get new updates. Choose an appropriate program from the available options and explore your report card.

List of IGNOU Grade Card 2023

IGNOU Grade Card is a performance report which includes theory marks, practical marks, assignment marks, and project marks (if applicable) of all your subject so you can get everything about your program and report in one place. In this way, you can check the result of your hard work and writing skills in your selected course.

You can also find the complete marking of all subjects on the IGNOU Result 2023 page. On the Result page, you will get marks for each subject of your selected program from IGNOU University. Candidates have to click on a suitable link from the following to check and download their grade card of IGNOU.

Update – The IGNOU Grade Card was last updated in the month of May 2024 for the TEE session December 2023 so candidates can now check the updated IGNOU grade card status for their pending subjects including theory, practical, and assignment.

The above BDP Grade Card has included a BA program, B.Com, B.Sc, and Associates program which is included in the Bachelor’s Degree program. Candidates will find their status on the same page of the grade card report. If a candidate gets minimum passing marks then they have successfully completed their program from IGNOU and he or she becomes eligible for the award of a degree certificate from the university at the convocation of IGNOU.

IGNOU Grade Card Status 2023

If you are a new student then you might be confused regarding the status of your subject by looking for the first time at IGNOU Grade Card Status. Candidates can check and confirm the status of their subjects whether they are passed in the subject or not. If the status of the particular subject shows as “Completed” means you are fully passed in the Assignment and theory exam but if showing “Not Completed” then it means you are either failed in the theory exam or assignment.

How to Download IGNOU Grade Card 2023?

There are only a few steps to be followed to get your Grade Card for any of the programs on your screen. Get started to proceed.

• First, we advise clicking on our given grade card link
• Now you are at the Online Grade Card section so just enter your 9 or 10 digit enrollment number
• Select the suitable option from the drop-down list (Eg. BDP, BA, or CBCS or Other)
• Now, choose your program from the dropdown list
• and finally, click on the Search button and you are all done
• You can see the complete grade card on your screen
• You can get a print of it for future reference

Candidates have to follow the above procedure to get their Grade Card or Score Card on screen.  That’s it. Your grade card for the selected program will be displayed on the screen with all your subject marks and grades. If your grade card shows incomplete and some of the subjects are missing on the grade card then you just need to wait sometime. IGNOU is updating your grade card with entire subjects and will be updated soon with all subjects and complete marks. Candidates can take a printout of their grade cards for future reference.

Things to Check with IGNOU Grade or Score Card

Grade card showing marks of  Term End Theory Exam, Practical, and Assignments. Grades will be given to all subjects after the calculation of each mark obtained by the students in all three factors. If there is no subject with practical then the grade will be calculated on the basis of a theory exam and submission of assignments. Candidates can calculate their percentage according to their marks and grade. Candidates are advised to verify their grade cards properly and confirm that all subjects are indicated online with correct marks and grades.

I am Rakesh Shukla, a student of M.Com. My enrollment number is 194743835. I appeared in June -2023 TEE for all the 12 papers. I had submitted assignments of all the papers as well. But the theory marks of MCO-05 and MCO-06 have not been uploaded till now. However, assignment marks of these two papers are reflecting on the grade card. Please, do the needful. I am extremely anxious for the same. Please, reply.

Since i have completed my examination and have completed my all subjects as well. Besides i have submitted all my assignments and passed all my practical exam and theory in session December 2022, from last three months when I am checking my assignment and practical status it is showing “Check grade card status for detail” but still the subjects are showing not completed on grade card. I have called many times to the said number 01129572212 and there is no response at all, I have also emailed to [email protected] but grade card is still showing not completed.

CGSOS Class 10th, 12th results 2024 declared at sos.cg.nic.in

CG Open Board Result 2024: Students should use their roll number to download the result.

NEW DELHI: The Chhattisgarh State Open School (CGSOS) has declared the results for the Chhattisgarh Open School exam 2024 today, May 15. The CGSOS result 2024 has been declared for both Class 10, 12 students.

Students who appeared in the CGSOS exam 2024 can download their CGSOS results 2024 through the official website, sos.cg.nic.in. Students will have to use their roll number and password to log in and check the CG open board result for Classes 10, 12. Students can also access their results at results.cg.nic.in.

The exam authority has also issued the Chattisgarh board open school marksheet along with the results. The CGSOS mark sheet will carry various details such as the student's name, roll number, examination details including the year and session, subject-wise marks, total marks obtained, grade or division, and any remarks.

The CGSOS conducted the CG open school exam da from March 11 to April 3, 2024, for Class 10 and from March 9 to April 6, 2024, for Class 12. In order to pass the CGSOS 10th, 12th exams, students must achieve a minimum of 33% marks in each subject.

If a student is not satisfied with the CG Open School 2024 result, they will have the option to request a re-totaling of their marks. Students who fail to score the minimum passing marks will have to appear in the CG Open School supplementary exam.

Visit the CGSOS official website, result.cg.nic.in or sos.cg.nic.in

On the homepage click on the links, “CHHATTISGARH RAJYA OPEN SCHOOL HIGHER SECONDARY EXAMINATION RESULTS -2024” or “CHHATTISGARH RAJYA OPEN SCHOOL HIGH SCHOOL EXAMINATION RESULTS 2024”

Enter the roll number and captcha and submit.

CGSOS result 2024 will appear on the screen.

Download the results and take a printout of the same for future reference.
