Keusahawanan merupakan satu bidang yang semakin mapan di Malaysia. Selari dengan hasrat negara yang mahu mentransformasikan pelajar menjadi seorang usahawan berjaya agar matlamat mewujudkan lebih ramai pencipta kerja tercapai maka artikel mengupas -secara konsep berkaitan pendidikan keusahawanan di IPT yang diharap dapat mewujudkan ekosistem keusahawanan yang kondusif dan lestari dalam membentuk usahawan berjaya di kalangan graduan atau alumni. Bu tezin temel amacı Tanzimat’ın ilanından 1863 yılına kadar Osmanlı merkezinin taşrada gerçekleştirdiği uygulamalar Bursa örneği üzerinden incelemektir. Tezin ilk bölümünde 1839-1850 yılları arasında taşrada ekonomik reformun nasıl yürütüldüğü; ikinci bölümünde 1857-1859 yılarında Bursa’da gerçekleştirilecek olan emlak sayımın nasıl yapıldığı; son bölümünde ise Tanzimat’ın altyapı yarımlarından olan Gemlik-Bursa yolunun nasıl meydana getirildiği ortaya çıkarıldı. Yapılacak incelemelerde merkez ve taşra ayrı ancak birbiriyle bağımlı birer mevcudiyet olarak düşünüldü. Tez boyunca reformların merkezde nasıl planlandığı ve taşrada zaman içinde nasıl şekillendirildiği ayrıntılarıyla ortaya konuldu ve reformların Osmanlı taşrasının dünya kapitalist ekonomisiyle nasıl bütünleştirdiğini tartışıldı./The main aim of this thesis is to evaluate applications of Tanzimat in the provinces within the example of Bursa between 1839-1863. The first chapter deals with how the center carried out its socio-economic program in the provinces between 1839-1850. Second chapter examines how property registration was realized in Bursa between 1857-1859. Third chapter focuses on how one of the first infrastructural projects of the center, Gemlik-Bursa road was constructed. In the thesis, we will consider center and periphery as mutually independent. When narrating how the Center planned its reforms the thesis also shows how provinces shaped the reforms launched by the center. The thesis also tries to establish a bridge how the Ottoman provincial economy was integrated into global capitalist economy.
